the location was fantastic, at a short distance from a medieval castle. we loved the property because it was nearby a subway station.

It is a quiet place - 5 minutes' walk to the downtown. The staff has always been really helpful and flexible. It has unbeatable and nice location close to a medieval fortress. Would stay here again if I go to Naples, appreciated my really nice stay.

The hotel is in the very central location to most places. It's relatively near Trattoria Medina, spent evening there.

The location was prime, at a medium distance from a public shopping gallery. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very amiable and flexible. Good restaurant served Indian specialities. Had a fine stay here during our trip.

The host, Luigi, was a super host, offering great advice and information about what to see and where to eat. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and various amenities like taxis, a bakery, and restaurants.

Friendly and accommodating staff: the host Luigi went above and beyond to help us and even saved us from a taxi driver who was trying to swindle us. Old elevator: the elevator was a bit scary to use, especially for those who are afraid of heights.
